What we collect
We collect your email and account credentials to provide sign-in, subscription access and account support. Learning activity you create is stored with your account so it can be used across supported clients.
AI processing
Text you submit and speech-to-text transcripts may be sent through Mandaringo’s server to our configured provider, currently Qwen, to generate practice questions and feedback. Original recordings are not uploaded for pronunciation scoring. Do not submit sensitive personal information.
Payments
Subscription payments are handled by our payment partner. Mandaringo does not store your full card number. Payment status and transaction identifiers are stored to maintain your membership.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your account by emailing support@mandaringo.ai. You can also sign out and manage your subscription through the payment provider.
